Subscription Terms

1. Scope

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a paid plan for EnforceIQ Labs. They supplement our Terms of Service. The merchant of record for card payments is Hypernest Innovations LTD.

2. Plans and pricing

Current self-serve plans (prices include VAT where applicable):

• Individual Driver — £10/month or £102/year (approximately 15% annual discount)
• Fleet — tiered per-vehicle pricing based on fleet size (see pricing on the website at checkout)

Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay. We may change prices for new subscriptions with notice on the website; existing subscriptions keep their current price until renewal unless we notify you otherwise as required by law.

3. Billing and payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle.
• We do not store full card numbers on our servers — Stripe processes payments.
• Your bank statement may show Hypernest Innovations LTD or ENFORCEIQ LABS as the merchant descriptor.
• Failed payments may suspend write access until the subscription is brought current.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the then-current rate for your plan and billing interval.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period unless we suspend access earlier for breach of the Terms of Service.

Fleet enterprise contracts may include separate notice periods agreed in writing.

6. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law (for example, statutory cancellation rights where applicable) or where we agree otherwise in writing. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time in a billing period after cancellation.

7. Plan changes

Upgrades (e.g. more fleet vehicles) may be prorated through Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless stated otherwise at checkout. Contact us for enterprise fleet changes above self-serve limits.

8. Taxes

Prices are presented as shown at checkout. Where VAT or other taxes apply, they are included or itemised as displayed on your Stripe invoice.

9. Invoices and records

Stripe provides payment receipts and invoices for your records. You can access billing history through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account settings.

10. Acceptance

You must accept the current version of these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service before completing checkout. We record the version accepted, timestamp, and technical metadata for compliance purposes as described in our Privacy notice.
